Welcome to Shampony.

By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. They are here to keep things clear, fair, and predictable for both you and us.

Shampony provides equine grooming products designed to support healthy skin and coat. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page.

Our products are developed for horse care and grooming purposes only.

They are not veterinary or medical products, and nothing on this site should be understood as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All horses are different. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Use products as intended
• Test on a small area before full use
• Monitor for any adverse reactions

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

An order is considered final once payment has been completed.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse orders in case of errors (e.g. pricing, stock availability)
• Limit quantities if necessary

You will be notified if anything affects your order.

All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust prices at any time
• Correct pricing errors

If a clear pricing error occurs, we are not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

We are not liable for:

• Misuse of products

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and product concepts — belongs to Shampony and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer protection regulations.
