Shipping & Returns

At Shampony, we pack and ship from Denmark with care — and we do our best to keep things simple, fair, and clear.

Shipping

We currently ship from Denmark to selected EU countries.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days.

During launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer — but we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on destination and carrier, but typical delivery is:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any free shipping threshold, if active, will be shown clearly at checkout or in the webshop announcement bar.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Shampony is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.

Returns

When you shop online as a consumer in Denmark or the EU, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To use this right, you must notify the seller within those 14 days, and then you normally have another 14 days to send the item back. The customer pays return shipping.

14-day return period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • your name and contact details

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in their original packaging
  • in resalable condition

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as the customer is generally responsible if the returned parcel is lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

The refund will not include the original standard delivery cost.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos if relevant

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected from a parcel shop or delivery point and is returned to us, we may deduct the return shipping and handling costs from the refund.

 

Complaints

At Shampony, we believe most problems are best solved through a conversation.

If you have any questions, concerns, or feel that something has gone wrong, please contact us at lena@shampony.dk before filing a complaint. We will always do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.
